The 2 Pocket Folder is a great way to stay organized. At PrintFirm, there are two types of presentation folders available, the pocket folder and the mini pocket folder. The standard folder measures 9” X 12” and the mini folder measures 6” X 9”. The following 2-pocket folder design and printing tips should help you achieve your presentation folder goals.

• Achieve a multi-purpose design. Even if you only use presentation folders within your company, it is possible that in the future you may hand them out to clients, so if you have a design that serves both audiences, you will be ready for both. It may be a good idea to include contact info or a website address on the folder in case the folders are distributed to people outside of your organization. Including a company motto is another option.
   
• Consider a multimedia folder. PrintFirm’s mini pocket folders have an option for one or two CD slits. These can be used to hold company-related audio and video from CD’s or DVD’s.
   
• It is not a good idea to crowd the 2-Pocket Folder Design. Crowded designs look amateurish, especially in a presentation folder. Include plenty of whitespace (area without design) and refrain from including too much text.
   
• Choose full color for an attractive look. Black and white folders give the impression that your company is unprofessional even when that is not the case.
