Standard business card dimensions are 3.5” by 2”. At PrintFirm, our standard business cards have a consistent high quality. If you choose nano printing, the business card dimensions can be smaller. Nano sizes available include 3.5” by 1.25” and 2” by 2”.

Another option that can change business card dimensions is a folded business card that allows for printing on all four sides. When folded, these cards conform to a standard business card size. An unfolded card has twice the surface area of a standard card. At PrintFirm, rounded corners are available for all business card sizes. Two corner radiuses are available: 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch.

Other than size, you can control what type of paper is used for your business cards. Our durable 14-point card stock has an option for a reflective UV coating that repels dirt and moisture or a matte finish that is easier to write on. You can also order your business cards from a non-paper material such as plastic or magnets. Plastic business cards can be made from a white opaque material, a frosted clear material, or a completely clear material that allows light to pass through. These cards are more expensive, but for wealthy prospective clients, they might be more respected. Plastic cards are also more durable, lasting much longer than paper cards. Magnet business cards can be stuck on the fridge or other metal surface such as a filing cabinet or office window trim.
