No Cost For Being Print-ready

When you design a business card, PrintFirm recommends that you download our free business card templates. A business card template reduces the chance of errors when printing your design, and makes certain your design goals match the print-ready file that we upload to the printing machine. PrintFirm accepts the following major file types for our templates: PDF, PS, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, and AI.

When our in-house graphic designers create your card (upon request), templates are not needed because the designers will be manipulating the graphic files.  If you want to check your design before it is printed to make certain your design is as you want it, you can get an electronic proof of the design from the business card drop-down menu. Select “Yes” on the “Proof” menu item, the last standard menu item on the list. Once this has been selected and we finish with your design, PrintFirm sends you a PDF file showing the artwork along with the crop marks for the business card design. After you have placed your order and selected all menu item options except for electronic proofing, you can still ask for proofing by emailing us or calling us by phone. However, this request can only be honored if you contact us before we have loaded your design into the machine in preparation for immediate printing.
