Mailing Services

PrintFirm is a full-service printing and mailing provider. For your convenience, you can enjoy a one-stop solution saving yourself time and the expense of shipping your pieces to a third-party mail house. Our professional mailing services include processing your mailing list, list certification, inkjet addressing, postal presorting, and delivery to the post office for mailing. With list certification, we will CASS certify your list to ensure that addresses are valid. The CASS system improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit Zip code + 4 and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces. This ensures your mail is properly sorted and improves accuracy. We also remove duplicate addresses.

This standard service for all of our mailings offers our customers a fast, affordable and convenient way to professionally mail postcards, brochures, greeting cards, booklets, newsletters and more. You can simply send us your mailing list or contact us about purchasing a targeted list and we will deliver your printed pieces to mailboxes at competitive rates. For even more convenience, we will design, print and mail for you!

If providing a mailing list, it should be submitted as either an Excel file (.xls) or Comma- Delimited ASCII file (.csv) or Tab Delimited/Text File (.txt) or DBF Files (.dbf). Call us at 1-866-668-5152 if you need assistance in saving or exporting your list into this format or would like us to purchase a targeted list for you.

Minimum quantity for mailing service is 500.

  • Postcard prices are for full color both sides.
  • Data processing turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
  • Post office mailing time:
    • First Class 3-5 Business days.
    • Standard 8-15 business days.
  • Postage may not be refunded once your print job has been mailed.
  • Actual postage determined after mailing list run. Actual postage will be paid separately.
  • Customers are also responsible for any and all addititional later assessed postage fees to PrintFirm, Inc. by The United States Postal Service, within a reasonable time, with respect to any particular mailing job.
  • Note: You may also choose to use our Mailing List Template.
  • Due to the nature of only charging the exact postage for your mailing if a credit card is used for the postage there will be a 3% upcharge, this is for the credit card charge fee that we incur when charging for your postage. If payed by check or cash, no such fee will apply.
  • All prices are based on a one time mailing process.
  • Cancellation fees will apply.
