PrintFirm’s pocket folders are printed on durable 14-point card stock and have an option for a glossy UV coating on the front or both sides. Our UV coating offers protection against dirt and moisture. You can choose a non-UV coating that has a matte appearance. Folder printing options include printing on the cover and pockets only or added printing on the inside. Our standard-size folders measure 9” x 12” and include a complimentary business card slit that can be placed on the right side of the folder, the left side, or both sides.

The best pocket folder designs are minimalist. An overly fancy design will detract from the perception of your folder as a useful office item, and that is probably not the impression you want to create. Include plenty of whitespace (area without design) so that you avoid design clutter. An exception to this guideline would be when using pocket folders as press kits. Adding more design elements to a press kit folder could be warranted if you are looking to make a stronger impression.
