  • Full color flyer printing can help promote your business in many ways. Flyers are a great way to give potential customers all the information they need to know about your company, including services, contact information, location, website and list of specials. Our flyers are printed in full color on our high quality 100 lb. gloss text or our premium 14-point card stock. Our 100 lb. gloss text has a semi-gloss finish suited for brochures, catalogs and flyers. You also have the flyer printing option of thicker paper with our 14-point card stock, along with your choice of high-gloss UV coating which adds protection from scratches, dirt and moisture, or a non-UV finish that can be more easily written on with a pen. No matter what look you are going for, let PrintFirm help meet your flyer printing goals.

You can upload your own flyer printing design, or choose from PrintFirm’s selection of professional templates. Our talented team of graphic artists can also create a design for you. Regardless of your flyer printing design choices, you can include whatever text, artwork and photos that you desire. However, please don’t use low resolution images. They may look good on your screen, but low resolution images will appear blurry or pixelated once they are printed. We suggest that you use a minimum DPI (dots per inch) of 300. Most images found on the internet are low resolution, so we don’t recommend using those during your graphics upload.

Are you looking for flyer printing distribution ideas? They are perfect for event and concert promotion. Adding photos or artwork for a band or artist will provide an extra level of recognition to your club flyers. Provided it is legal in your area, you can pass out flyers at shopping malls or in parking lots. Be certain to gently place the flyers under car windshield wipers to prevent them from blowing away. Great places to put up flyers include bulletin boards and telephone poles.

Do you want to add more interactivity to your flyer printing results? You can upload a QR code along with your flyer design. A QR code is a black-and-white matrix barcode that can hold a surprisingly large amount of data, considering its small size. You may have seen these codes in magazines and newspapers. They can be read by portable electronic devices that contain cameras, such as smartphones and tablets. Types of data that can be stored include phone numbers, email addresses, calendar events, and website information.

  • PrintFirm’s business flyers are available in the following standard sizes: 5.5” X 8.5”, 8.5” X 11”, 8.5” X 14”, 9” X 12”, and 11” X 17”. You have an option for printing on the front or both sides. Paper choices include a thinner 100 lb. gloss text or a thicker 14-point card stock with an option for a glossy UV coating, a finish that offers protection from dirt and moisture. A matte finish is also available for business flyers that is easier to write on with a pen or pencil.

The following business flyer design tips should help you achieve success with your flyer campaign.

    1. If you are using the business flyer for direct mail marketing, it’s a good idea to obtain a great mailing list before you enter the printing phase. According to the 40-40-20 rule of direct mail marketing and the variant 60-30-10 rule, 40% or 60% of your direct mail resources should be allocated to find the best targeted mailing list. You can deal with a reputable list broker or PrintFirm can provide a list for you. Just send us your list requirements.
    2. Write a bold headline in a large font that is not overly fancy. The number of font styles in your business flyer should not be more than three, and two is ideal. An overly fancy font won’t be readable enough to the average viewer.
    3. Organize your layout. Research has indicated that people read business flyers in a Z pattern. Best placement for a headline would be top left, and other text may have a stronger impact when placed in the bottom right.
    4. You can upload your own print-ready business flyer design to PrintFirm. We also have pre-made design templates that give you a basic graphics background that will save you time during the design process. If nobody in your organization is skilled enough at graphic design, you can hit the “custom design” button when you place your order. PrintFirm’s team of talented graphic artists will create a unique design.
  • PrintFirm’s club flyers are available in 10 sizes ranging from 4” X 6” all the way up to 6” X 11”. Printing can be on the front only or both sides. Club flyers are printed on a durable 14-point card stock with an option for a glossy UV coating on the front or both sides, or a non-UV matte coating that is easier to write on with a pen or pencil.

The following club flyer design tips should give you guidance during your flyer printing campaign.

    1. You can upload your print-ready design to PrintFirm.
We recommend that you download free club flyer templates from our websites before you begin the design process. These templates ensure that your design is as compatible as possible with our printing equipment. You can select the product, then the size, and finally the file type (PDF, for example). If nobody in your organization has enough graphic design skill, you can select the “custom design” option when you place your order. PrintFirm’s talented team of graphic designers will create a design for you.
    2. Include professional photographs.
The quality of the photos can make or break a club flyer campaign. If you are promoting a music artist for a club event, you could ask the artist what photos they have and use those if they are good enough. When other avenues have been tried and you have not found anything, it’s a good idea to hire a professional photographer if your organization does not have one.
    3. Avoid crowding the design.
A club flyer should have a balance of whitespace (area without design) so that text and images have proper separation. This also makes the viewing experience more pleasurable. If you must include more information than will comfortably fit on a medium-size club flyer, you may want to consider a larger size.
