If nobody in your organization is skilled at graphic design, just select the “custom design” option when you place an order. Our team of talented in-house graphic artists will create a design for you. You can still upload any proprietary images or text to our graphic artists and they can incorporate them into the design.
PrintFirm recommends that all uploaded images have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). Lower resolutions may look fine on your computer screen, but the printed result is typically a blurry disaster. Use caution when adapting images found online because they are generally low resolution. To check the DPI of an image, open the graphics file in a reputable graphics design program and view the file details.
It’s a good idea to proofread your design carefully before proceeding with table tent card printing. On small text mistake can ruin a promising advertising campaign. Ideally, multiple people should proofread the text and at least one of those people should be a skilled editor. Perhaps you have an English major in your organization who was a skilled editor in college. If you can’t find an editor, you may want to consider hiring a professional.
Cluttering your table tent card design might be tempting, but it’s never a good tactic because the inevitable result is an unprofessional appearance. A balance of whitespace (area without design) is needed to make the cards easy to read and view. If you must add more information, we recommend that you switch to a larger card size.
