Since religious organizations are usually working with tight budgets, cheap banners are their favorite advertising tools. Most of the time, vinyl banners are used outdoors, such as on the front lawn or on the side of a building, whereas pull up banners are part of indoor worship services. For this reason, big vinyl banners will be more useful as part of a Halloween outreach strategy.
