What sizes do you offer for 1–2 color envelopes?
We offer multiple standard business envelope sizes including #10, #10 Window, #9, 6" × 9", 9" × 12", and 10" × 13", with opening-side options on select sizes.
What paper are the envelopes printed on?
1–2 color envelopes are printed on 24 lb White Paper.
Are these Pantone (PMS) ink colors or CMYK?
This product is 1–2 color printing, and the ink menu includes specific PMS options (e.g., PMS 072, PMS 032, PMS 021, PMS 012) plus Custom Color.
Can I print just one color?
Yes. You can select a First Ink Color and set the Second Ink Color to None for a 1-color print.
Do you offer window envelopes?
Yes, #10 Window Envelopes (4.125" × 9.5") are available as a selectable size.
What file types do you accept for printing?
Accepted file formats include PDF, TIF, JPG, and PNG.
Do you provide proofs?
You can choose “Send me a PDF Proof.” If you choose no proof, PrintFirm will still review your files; if something doesn’t pass review, you may be contacted and/or a free PDF proof may be created for approval.
Do you check files before printing?
Yes, your uploaded files are run through a free inspection (noted as a “21-point inspection”).
What quantities can I order?
The quantity options shown include 500, 1,000, 2,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000.
What turnarounds are available?
The page lists Rush, and Economy turnaround options.
