PrintFirm understand the importance of a speedy turnaround time and our team of devoted members works hard to get your product to you in a timely fashion. Turnaround time is the time it takes to manufacture your order from the date and time your order is Approved with “Print Ready” files, PDF, Hard Copy proof or “No Proof – Proceed As Is.” In addition, the time clock does not begin until the full day after the proof is Approved or you give the ok to proceed without a proof. Turnaround time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS and EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WEEKEND and HOLIDAY JOB SUBMISSIONS CALCULATE DAY “1” AS BEGINNING ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Important Note: If there are challenges with your file that you consider to be “Print Ready,” the time clock does not start until the issues are resolved and they are Approved.

If you are in a time crunch, you can submit your order with a “No Proof – Proceed As Is” option, but we strongly suggest that you order a proof. If there are any problems with your order, you are accepting full responsibility. Please read our “Terms & Conditions” page on this Web site for clarification.
